· Build a financial case for using assessments in the workplace.
· Get buy-in from business unit managers to use assessments as part of the hiring and employee development processes
· Integrate various types of assessments for different purposes.
· Facilitate experiential workshops to enhance knowledge and application of assessment results.
Amy has a diverse background leading efforts in organizational and employee development. She uses her creativity, expertise and unique approach to achieve positive results for companies of all sizes. She has a Masters in Business Administration and Bachelor’s Degree in Economics. Amy consults and speaks for organizations, conferences and universities, and volunteers for a number of Western New York professional and not-for-profit organizations. Prior to establishing Performance Partners in 1999, Amy held various leadership positions at M&T Bank for more than a decade. Amy’s areas of expertise include Strategic Thinking; Individual, Team and Organizational Assessments; Team Building; and Leadership Development.
Amy and the Performance Partners team are trained and/or certified to use the Workplace Big Five Assessment, DiSC Personal Profile System, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Watson-Glaser Critical Thinking Appraisal, Bar-On Eqi Emotional Intelligence Indicator, Hay Group Leadership 360, Profiles International Assessment Tools and Hogan Values and Leadership Assessments. Performance Partners also has developed their own proprietary Leadership 360 and Employee Engagement Survey tools for use with their clients.
